Meeting Description:

This two day conference will review the state-of-the-art intraoperative imaging technology and analyze technical and clinical outcomes related to intraoperative imaging. Topics will be presented by key opinion leaders in this field using a variety of formats including lectures, case studies, panels and abstract platform presentations.

With the rapid development of imaging technology, there is no other educational venue that is discussing this topic in reasonable detail to fulfill the need of neurosurgeons interested in this surgical approach.

It is the goal of this conference to increase participant’s knowledge of intraoperative imaging, so at the conclusion of the meeting they better understand the advantages and limitations of this technology. Toward that goal, a variety of topics have been selected in probable and future applications along with a discussion of outcome analysis.

 
Meeting Objectives:
At the conclusion of this CME activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Explain the utility of intraoperative imaging.
2. Identify future trends in intraoperative imaging.
3. Apply methods of clinical research to tumor outcomes related to intraoperative imaging.
4. Identify the ideal intraoperative imaging solution for their hospital.

Target Audience:

All surgeons working with or interested in intraoperative imaging, with a particular focus for neurosurgeons.
